Empath-Tea is a poetic hip-hop and live art-making experience for all ages featuring performances by Claire Marie, Keon, and Willy Frazier and live painting by Sophia Perlee. Patrons are encouraged to test their lyrical skills or read a poem. Local tea, snacks, and a coloring station will be provided inside Reynolds Laundromat. Performances, painting, and other festivities will take place in the adjoining parking lot. Presented by VeraNation, this multi-disciplinary experience aims to move people through music, allow them to see and participate in art up close, and provide some community empathy.
